Progress on the New House

So - this is what is going on with the new house construction - see - I told you Mak was great at this. He is building a larger better version of our house right in the air over us.

The problem is that when we move the new house the furnishings won't move with it - they aren't linked. so we will have to take everything moveable out and then put it back in. It is a big job.

But Mak is doing the heavy lifting on this - he has been working on the house for a few weeks now and it is grand. It has a big livingroom with a lovely working fireplace - you can see the smoke in the chimney - and it has a dining room and lovely country kitchen with a center island. There is a wonderful den where Micah can do his writing without being disturbed, and a big bedroom with a beautiful bath with a tub and shower. We will have a few big porches and a lovely flagstone patio to sit on - altogether a great house.
